Premier Boxing Champions announced its schedule for the rest of the year on Saturday night, highlighted by the return of Shawn Porter and a title defense for Erislandy Lara.

Porter (30-3-1, 17 KOs), a former two-time welterweight titleholder, will face Sebastian Formella (22-0, 10 KOs) in an IBF and WBC title eliminator on Aug. 22. Porter was last in the ring in September when he lost a competitive split decision to Errol Spence Jr.

The co-main event will feature a junior middleweight contest between Sebastian Fundora (14-0-1, 9 KOs) and Nathaniel Gallimore (21-4, 17 KO). Welterweight prospect Joey Spence also will be part of this card.

Lara (26-3-3, 15 KOs) will defend his WBA junior middleweight world title against Greg Vendetti (22-3-1, 12 KOs) on Aug. 29. Caleb Truax (31-4-2, 19 KOs) and Alfredo Angulo (26-721 KOs) will meet in an IBF title eliminator in the co-main event.

On Sept. 6, Yordenis Ugas (25-4, 12 KOs) will take on Abel Ramos (26-3-2, 20 KOs) for the WBA vacant “regular” welterweight title. The co-main will feature Rances Barthelemy (27-1, 14 KOs) against Alberto Puello (17-0, 9 KOs) for the WBA vacant interim junior welterweight title.

Spence will put the IBF and WBC welterweight belts on the line against former two-division titlist Danny Garcia in a pay-per-view event on Nov. 21

The cards are scheduled to take place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. No fans will be allowed inside the venue.
