UFC 262: Charles Oliveira vs. Michael Chandler — Expert analysis and predictions, plus how to watch and stream

MMA

Charles Oliveira and Michael Chandler will fight it out for the vacant lightweight championship at UFC 262 on Saturday night at the Toyota Center in Houston.

The main card will be on pay-per-view, which fans can purchase here. The five-fight PPV card begins at 10 p.m. ET, with prelims on ESPN and ESPN+ starting at 8 p.m. ET and early prelims on ESPN+ at 6:30 p.m. ET.

The title is vacant because undefeated champion Khabib Nurmagomedov retired following his second-round technical submission of Justin Gaethje in October.

Oliveira (30-8, 1 NC) has won eight straight fights, most recently a dominant decision over Tony Ferguson in December. The 31-year-old Brazilian is No. 3 in the ESPN lightweight rankings.

The fourth-ranked Chandler (22-5) is a three-time Bellator lightweight champion. He made his UFC debut in January, knocking out Dan Hooker in the first round for his third straight win.

In the co-main event, also a matchup of top-10 lightweights, Ferguson will try to break out of a two-fight losing streak — which followed 12 wins in a row — when he faces Beneil Dariush. Ferguson is ranked fifth and Dariush eighth.

Also on the main card is Katlyn Chookagian, No. 3 in the women’s flyweight rankings, who takes on Viviane Araujo.
