The Sacramento Kings have agreed to terms on a one-year contract with Quinn Cook, a source told ESPN’s Andscape on Monday.

The two-time NBA champion played with the G League affiliate Stockton Kings last season and worked out for Sacramento in Las Vegas in July during NBA summer league.

Cook, 29, averaged 6.4 points and 1.6 assists primarily as a reserve in 186 NBA games, and last played in the NBA for the Cleveland Cavaliers during the 2020-21 season. The former Duke star will be competing for the Kings’ third point guard spot.
