India vs Bangladesh, 2nd Test Match, Day 2 Live Updates: India went into lunch on Day 2 at 86/3, trailing Bangladesh by 141 runs in the ongoing second Test in Mirpur. Virat Kohli was batting on 18 while Rishabh Pant was unbeaten on 12. Taijul Islam has been the standout bowler for Bangladesh, having taken all the three wickets – KL Rahul (10), Shubman Gill (20) and Cheteshwar Pujara (24). Rahul, who survived two LBW calls on Day 1, was undone by a successful DRS call by Bangladesh. Shubman Gill (20) too failed to play a big knock as he was also dismissed in a similar fashion by Taijul. India resumed play on Day 2 at 19/0 after bad light had forced early stumps on Day 1. Earlier on Day 1, India had bowled out Bangladesh for 227 after the hosts had elected to bat in Mirpur. For India, Umesh Yadav and Ravichandran Ashwin had bagged four wickets each, while Jaydev Unadkat had taken two on his return to the team after a 12 year gap.
