Wide receiver Eugene Hilton, a high three-star prospect in the 2025 class and the son of former Pro Bowl wide receiver T.Y. Hilton, announced his commitment to the University of Wisconsin Friday afternoon.

Hilton, a standout at Indiana’s Zionsville Community High School, held offers from Georgia, Michigan, Missouri and Miami, among others, but gave his verbal pledge to the Badgers seven days after he took an official visit to Wisconsin on June 7. Per ESPN rankings, the 6-foot-1, 185-pound pass catcher is the 53rd-ranked wide receiver in the 2025 class and the No. 6 prospect in the state of Indiana for this cycle.

Hilton now stands as the third-highest ranked member of the Badgers’ upcoming class, Luke Fickell’s second as the program’s head coach. Hilton’s commitment arrived less than 24 hours after ESPN 300 linebacker Mason Posa (No. 283 in ESPN 300) became the top-ranked prospect in the Badgers’ 2025 class with his commitment Thursday night.

T.Y. Hilton was a four-time Pro Bowl selection across 10 seasons with the Indianapolis Colts and led the NFL in receiving with 1,448 yards in 2016. He spent his final season in the league during the 2022 season, hauling in seven passes in three games with the Dallas Cowboys that fall.
