The UFC women’s featherweight and bantamweight champion can add another title to her collection: mother.

Amanda Nunes and her fiancée, UFC fighter Nina Ansaroff, had their first child Friday. Ansaroff gave birth to a daughter, Raegan Ann Nunes.

Nunes and Ansaroff each made the announcement on social media. “Speechless,” Nunes tweeted.

Nunes, 32, is the first UFC champion also to be a mother.

Nunes (20-4) is in the midst of the longest winning streak in women’s UFC history (11 bouts) and is expected to defend her featherweight belt against Megan Anderson at UFC 256 on Dec. 12. The Brazilian knockout artist is the first woman to win two titles in different weight classes and the first UFC fighter ever to defend each title while still holding both. Nunes, who lives and trains in Florida, has the most UFC wins among women (13).

Ansaroff (10-6) planned to take more than a year off from fighting to have a baby. The Florida native had won four straight before falling to Tatiana Suarez at UFC 238 in June 2019. Ansaroff, 34, remains a contender in the UFC women’s strawweight division — and now she’s a mom.

“Will forever be my favorite day,” Ansaroff wrote on Instagram following the birth of Raegan Ann. “You are a dream come true. Happy daughters day my beautiful girl.”
