Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel headed Valtteri Bottas’ Mercedes in a wet second practice session at the Hungarian Grand Prix. Vettel was 0.272 seconds faster than Bottas, while Lewis Hamilton in the other Mercedes did not set a lap time.
